Quick Overview

Product Description

As with all other areas in the valvetrain, the area where the spring sits also takes a beating. The old standard seats simply will not hold up to the extreme pressures and high rpms found in today's performance engines. Comp Cams valve spring seats solve this problem and eliminate failures. These thin (.060") steel alloy locators will not only protect the head and shim, but also locate the spring in place. You can locate the spring using the I.D. or O.D..
