These high performance diaphragm bypass responds much quicker and maintains the desired fuel pressure with greater accuracy than a "poppet style" bypass. Made of billet aluminum and premium quality spring materials. Gasoline applications with electric or mechanical pumps use 171021. 171020 features a idle jet and is for use with belt drive pump applications. Diaphragm bypass valve with idel jet. For belt drive systems. A bypass with an idle jet allows separate adjustment between low speed and high speed pressure to give you the correct progressive fuel curve.
