383/400 SB Chevy Offset Balance Plate - PN: QTM-RM-525
Product Description
When running an externally balanced 383 or 400 S/B Chevy with a 153 tooth flexplate or flywheel, you need to have a balancing plate. These fit between the crankshaft and flexplate and correctly balance the engine without resorting to a big heavy flywheel. Also allows you to balance your Chevy small block 400 with a lighter 350 flywheel to rev quicker. Balance Plates are made of precision stamped steel.
