Product Description
When running an externally balanced 383 or 400 S/B Chevy with a 153 tooth flexplate or flywheel, you need to have a balancing plate. These fit between the crankshaft and flexplate and correctly balance the engine without resorting to a big heavy flywheel. Also allows you to balance your Chevy small block 400 with a lighter 350 flywheel to rev quicker. Balance Plates are made of precision stamped steel. Made from quality H-60 steel
* Use with 350 Flexplate for external balanced 383 or 400 engines
* Recommended to be used with RM-901 Flexplate
*Can be bolted in front or behind the flexplate
